Food for thought: How was the 16 years deadline for the full operations of the Port Harcourt Refinery breached? I was shocked to hear that the labor of the Nigerian Government in fixing the Port Harcourt Refinery has paid off and has given way to export. My question is, "are we selling from our reserve as an oil rich nation or are we selling as a nation dependent on it's sales of petroleum product for economic growth and sustainability?" Would this active refinery lead to price reduction of petroleum products within the country Nigeria?
